Operation process: put the product→ ensure to put the product in the setting position (equipment control or manual control)→labeling and covering label (automatically realized by equipment) →take out labeling products.

Basic purpose :

 Using the method of suction sticking, to realize plane labeling on the various parts, such as labeling for cosmetics flate bottle, packing box, plastic cover, etc. 

  Change the covering label mechanism, can be applied to not surface labeling, such as labeling for concave plane, cambered surface.   

  Change fixture, can be applied to labeling for various irregular parts. 

  Optional color band play yards machine or sporting code machine, to print production date and batch number etc.information on the label, to realize the labeling—play yards integration.

Working principle :

The core working principle: put the product in the setting position, sensor detects the products, or signal by foot switch, the suction sticking head for sorption label down labeling and covering label, then return in situ and adsorption next label, waiting for the next labeling signal, sticking a label movement is finished.
